How I got here

After two decades in senior roles at Arts Centre Melbourne, Malthouse Theatre, Melbourne International Arts Festival, Australian Centre for the Moving Image, and running my own artist and events agency, I’ve carved out a strategic growth process for working with a small roster of mission-led clients. Based in Daylesford, I bridge the gap between high-level institutional strategy and the "on-the-ground" reality of independent creative work and audience development.
